Phoenix Marshall turned his life around in 2009 using hypnosis.
Marshall, 36, spiralled into a deep depression after this death of his mother who succumbed to breast cancer. The resulting depression caused him to quit his job. Soon after his wife left him, tired of his lack of motivation.
At the lowest point in his life Marshall turned to hypnosis to help lift him out of his depression. “I realised I needed help. I was searching through YouTube when I came across a hypnosis video that really struck a chord with me. For the first time in months I actually felt relaxed and encouraged. I’d never tried hypnosis before but I was deeply moved by its power.”
After buying a number of online hypnosis courses Marshall began to turn his life around. Thanks to a chance meeting with his wife they reconciled and soon after Marshall found a new job. “I was lucky to have a great group of friends. I wasn’t receptive to their help originally but one in particular reached out to me. After I got back together with my lovely wife they offered me a great opportunity that I was happy to take.”
“Many people misunderstand or are scared about hypnosis. I want people to know it’s a safe form of treatment. It helped me to turn my life around and I’m sure it can do the same for many more people if they’d just give it a chance. I think once people read about my hypnosis success story they’ll be more open to trying it.”
